I've been working with both Sky & Lindsay for months now. I work with a tonne of Buyers Agents across the entire eastern Seaboard with our Granny Flat products, and I can count on 2 hands the best of the best. Sky & Lindsay are definitely in that category. Where do I start with the guys at Convergence. I have used over 10 different buyers agents before. I can easily say Sky and Lindsay are the best buyers agents I have ever used. I wanted to diversify into Melbourne and wanted a state based BA so got in touch with Convergence. Sky found me an off market with $100k equity in it that I was able to pull out within 3 months. I then went back to the guys for a second property and Sky found me another off market with over $100k equity which I pulled out within 3 months. I am now working with the guys for number 3. They are such hard workers, and communication is top tier, with instant responses and call backs.
